Meet the Mr.Morning Sleep Companion Team

Hadi Shiban

"Hi, I’m Hadi Shiban, sleep science student, sleep coach, author, and someone who has walked alongside others through the shadows of insomnia and the painful ache that can fill the night.

For years, I’ve practiced acceptance and surrender. More recently, I’ve discovered that faith is the deepest root of genuine purpose and a boundless wellspring of love for others. It’s from that place that I now offer support to those facing restless nights, not just with practical tools, but with compassion, spiritual grounding, and trust in something greater.

This same spirit flows through my creative work. I write dreamlike, rhyming books for children, a gift that began with my first poem at age eleven and continues to grow with stories like Bleep the Sleep Keeper.

The heart of my work isn’t about selling a service or a product. It’s about extending a hand with kindness, offering gentle guidance, and sharing knowledge steeped in science and acceptance so you can find rest not just in your body, but in your soul."

Friends & Family

The people who have helped me, spiritually, financially, cognitively, and physically, to make this come together. Though it is not much, it is a humble beginning to help others in the ways that we can. For that I am grateful to my brothers, my friends, my teachers, and my family for supporting me to this point.

    Bleep the Sleep Keeper
A soothing and imaginative bedtime story that blends mindfulness with the magic of dreams. Illustrated in a soft, whimsical watercolor by Maya Wong. Perfect for young readers and parents seeking to begin learning intentional nighttime routines for their kids and how we can face stress with a gentle approach.

"Tsunami now, is wiser, and clever"

But one restless night, sleep doesn’t come so easily. Thoughts swirl in Tsunami’s head, keeping him wide awake. That’s when his stuffed animal companion, the duck-footed Bleep, speaks for the very first time revealing a secret code: 4-7-8.

With Bleep’s gentle guidance, Tsunami takes slow, steady breaths and embarks on a wondrous adventure in newfound peace and dreams, seeing the dinosaurs, riding golden sleds, and discovering the magic of a calm and quiet mind.

Written in rhythmic, dreamlike verse, Bleep the Sleep Keeper is a heartwarming parable about mindfulness, self soothing, and the power of breath. Inspired by a simple, research-backed relaxation technique, this beautifully illustrated book helps children and parents create a peaceful, comforting bedtime ritual that nurtures both rest and imagination.

    A perfect gift for:
🎁 Parents who cherish meaningful bedtime stories
🎁 Children learning how to relax and drift into sleep
🎁 Families looking to introduce mindfulness in a fun, engaging way

So take a breath, close your eyes, and let the journey begin. 🌙✨

    About Faith Based Insomnia Coaching

    Our Mission

This program is for those who struggle with insomnia and long to deepen their faith, purpose, or spiritual life: regardless of religion, background, or belief.
Rooted in non-attachment and the wisdom of many traditions, this course offers not just knowledge, but a path. A path out of fear and effort, and into peace, trust, and wholeness.

Here, we don’t seek to fix sleep - we want to understand it.
We don’t wait to live - we begin now.
Through education, awareness, and acceptance, we walk together - out of insomnia and into a renewed sense of self, meaning, and connection.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Try booking a free call if these common insomnia questions relate to you.

Because sleep and tiredness are not the same; fatigue is a physical state, but sleep requires safety and surrender. This question often reflects performance pressure around sleep.

This is often called Derealization, and it is a tokenized emotional response. The brain learns to feel fear during early stages of insomnia. It is not a harmful sensation; just unfamiliar and amplified by fear.

Yes; we don’t wait for perfect sleep to re-engage with life. This reflects the “North Star Shift”, where we return to life not because we’re fixed, but because we’re no longer ruled by sleep.
